js: Adjust to proxy wrapper change

Gio.DBus.makeProxyWrapper() now returns a Gio.DBusProxy subclass
rather than a function (that returns a proxy object).

That means it must now be invoked with `new`, so adjust the couple
of places where we weren't doing that already.
